Qualifications

• Previous experience as CNC Miller or CNC Frezer and related roles.
• Practical experience operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings with GD&T understanding.
• Experience with precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Able to identify quality issues and take corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines for precision components.
• Prepare machines, tools, fixtures and materials per production orders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Machining operations to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor and adjust machining processes as needed.
• Check finished parts against tolerances and quality specs.
• Document production and quality information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
