Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a CNC Miller with a passion for high-precision parts. You will read drawings, set up machines and suggest production improvements. You will operate with small tolerances to manufacture small to mid-sized high-quality components.

Ideal candidates have an MBO level 3/4 in machining, experience in precision or plastic machining, and familiarity with Siemens or Heidenhain controls. Proactive and flexible mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• A completed MBO level 3 or 4 in machining.
• Experience as a CNC Miller in precision or plastic machining.
• Knowledge of machining conditions.
• Experience working with small tolerances.
• Familiarity with Siemens or Heidenhain controls (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and specifications.
• Set up machines and contribute ideas to improve the production process.
• Work with small tolerances to produce small to medium series of components.
• Look for improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in verspaning.
• Ervaring als CNC Frezer in precisie- of kunststofverspaning.
• Kennis van verspaningscondities.
• Ervaring met het werken met kleine toleranties.
• Ervaring met Siemens- of Heidenhain-besturingen (pré).
