Job summary

Konekt is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a friendly, international team delivering cloud communications and telephony support. You’ll troubleshoot voice, video and UCaaS platforms, collaborate on complex incidents and nurture strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SIP trunks and SBCs, plus a proactive, learning mindset. This role offers hybrid/remote work across Europe, with an on-call component and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Experience in a Support Engineer or equivalent role.
Ability to troubleshoot complex customer-facing technical issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom or comparable cloud communications platforms.
Experience with Oracle/AudioCodes SBCs and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SIP).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex issues across voice, video, messaging and collaboration platforms.
Build trusted customer relationships with clear communication and updates.
Manage escalations and major incidents, taking ownership for resolution.
Support integrated environments across Teams, Zoom, telephony platforms and cloud services.
Create documentation, knowledge articles and support guides for customers and colleagues.
Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and service quality.
