Job summary

DataBalk in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice & Contact Center Engineer to join our expanding Contact Center practice. You will design, configure and implement Teams-based voice and contact center solutions for enterprise customers, working closely with CRM, AI and commercial teams as a trusted technical advisor.

This hands-on role combines implementation, support, solution design and customer interaction, with opportunities to work on Direct Routing, Operator

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Teams Phone in enterprise environments.
Proficiency with VoIP and enterprise telephony solutions.
Experience with Direct Routing and/or Operator Connect.
Knowledge of contact center technologies and omnichannel engagements.
Customer-facing consulting or support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions
Deploy Direct Routing and Operator Connect solutions
Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center
Configure Omnichannel and customer engagement solutions
Design and maintain IVR and call flow solutions
Support enterprise voice and contact center projects
Troubleshoot telephony and contact center issues
Work directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Participate in solution design, deployments and optimization projects
