Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Cloud & Service Management specialist to design, operate, and govern cloud services with MSP engagement. You will drive service catalogs, governance, and cost controls while coordinating internal teams and external providers.

Minimum 7+ years in ITSM/Cloud Ops with strong governance, KPI reporting, and vendor management. Fixed-term contract with a robust Dutch benefits package and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Service Management or Cloud Operations.
• Experience establishing operational models with MSPs for Cloud & Hosting.
• Governance, service catalogue, financial management and supplier coordination.
• Define operating and engagement model between internal teams and MSPs.
• KPI reporting, service reviews and continuous service improvement.
• Knowledge of IT financial management and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Help design, build and improve the client's online platform.
• Research and implement new technology solutions following standards.
• Ensure resiliency and availability of products.
• Act as the primary coordination point between stakeholders and providers.
• Lead monthly service reviews and governance meetings.
• Prepare service reports covering KPIs, risks, and improvements.
