Job summary

Software Search in the Netherlands seeks a skilled Cloud Engineer to design and implement sophisticated cloud solutions, owning technical delivery from end to end.

You will drive automation of cloud infrastructure, develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust security and observability across environments.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud, Dutch language fluency, and hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Completed technical higher professional or university education.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a cloud environment.
• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written (C1 level).
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex cloud solutions with responsibility for technical execution and delivery.
• Lead automation of cloud infrastructure with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve problems in complex cloud environments, focusing on performance, security and reliability.
• Experiment, innovate, and coach team members to raise overall expertise.
• Advise, build, and implement strategic cloud execution aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply DevSecOps principles across the cloud delivery lifecycle.
