Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a hardworking Customer Success Engineer to guide customers through cloud transformation and ensure secure, value-driven adoption of our public cloud security solutions. You will collaborate with Security Architects, Security Engineers, InfoSec and DevOps teams in mid-to-large enterprises to implement best-in-class security controls and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- or post-sales, customer success, or consulting roles.
• Experience supporting cloud-native security products and endpoint software.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, JSON, YAML, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer ROI by rapidly implementing and operationalizing Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Assist with custom integrations and workflows for security operations centers.
• Be the first line of defense for customer requests; coordinate with engineering for resolutions.
• Advocate for product roadmap and improvements based on customer feedback.
• Coach customers on Cloud Security governance and Center of Excellence practices.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate or escalate as needed.]
