Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Customer Success Engineer - Cloud to guide customers through cloud security transformation. You will act as a technical advisor, helping secure deployments, optimize workloads, and drive business value while collaborating with Security Architects, DevOps, and InfoSec teams.

You will roll up your sleeves from day one, delivering solutions in fast-paced environments, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- or post-sales, support, customer success or consulting.
• Experience supporting cloud-native security products is a plus.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, JSON, YAML, and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers to enable cloud security adoption and ROI.
• Assist customers with custom integrations and workflows into their security operations.
• Be first line of defense for customer issues, coordinating with engineering for timely resolutions.
• Advocate for customers to influence product roadmap and improvements.
• Coach customers on Cloud Security Change Management/Governance/Center of Excellence.
