Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Amsterdam is seeking a hardworking Customer Success Engineer who is customer-obsessed and eager to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey.

You will act as a trusted technical adviser to ensure secure cloud adoption and to accelerate business value and ROI, collaborating with Security Architects, Security Engineers, InfoSec, and DevOps teams at mid-to-large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- or post-sales, support, customer success, consulting or similar roles.
• Experience supporting endpoint software products.
• Experience with cloud native security products.
• Scripting experience: Python, JSON, YAML, Bash.
• Experience with containers (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD.
• Strong troubleshooting in complex environments.
• Proven consulting and project management skills as trusted advisor.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (IaaS).
• Knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability management tools and firewalls.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist customers in implementing cloud security solutions and integrations.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and advocacy.
• Coach customers on cloud security governance and center of excellence programs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with the account team.
• Map features to business needs and drive value for customers.
• Become a go-to specialist for Palo Alto Networks public cloud security solutions.
