Job summary

Jobster seeks an Engagement Manager for AWS ProServe to drive delivery of complex cloud solutions, bridging business needs with technical AWS outcomes. Dutch proficiency is required and you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure customer outcomes across projects.

As you progress, you’ll apply AWS Well-Architected and CAF frameworks, maintain certifications, and shape cross-organizational technical strategies while delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Delivery leadership of IT projects with external customers or equivalents.
• Proficiency with Agile and project management tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions to achieve customer outcomes.
• Document requirements and map them to business outcomes; decompose complex problems.
