Job summary

Impress in The Hague is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, nurses, hygienists and sales staff, drive sales performance, and ensure 100% adherence to health regulations. You will organize staffing, hiring, training, and contract management while aligning operations with KPI targets and budget.

You will foster a customer-centric journey, deliver a seamless experience, and contribute to marketing activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional level of English.
• Nice to have: Dutch language skills.
• Sales-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinic's sales performance within your area of responsibility.

• Communicate the company's vision, motivate teams, and ensure outstanding team performance.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales plans and conversion rates for both sales associates and doctors.

• Organize clinic teams, ensure staffing, recruitment, training, and contract terminations.
• Guarantee compliance with health regulations and protocols.
• Contribute to marketing activities and social media content.

We are looking for a Clinic Manager in The Hague.

• Oversee the clinic's sales performance within your area of responsibility.
• Lead a team of professionals, including doctors, hygienists, and sales associates.
• Communicate the company's vision, motivate teams, and ensure outstanding team performance.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales plans and conversion rates for both sales associates and doctors.
• Take responsibility for the clinic's budget and achievements, track conversion rates, develop improvement plans, and implement them.
• Build genuine connections with customers, ensuring they remain enthusiastic about their journey toward a more confident smile.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and proper follow-up procedures.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns or issues.
• Organize clinic teams, including sales, nurses, hygienists, and doctors; ensure staffing needs are met and create schedules.
• Participate in hiring, training, feedback sessions, and contract terminations.
• Guarantee compliance with health regulations and protocols.
• Contribute to marketing activities, host influencers, and participate in photo sessions, which may include creating social media content.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience throughout their journey.
• Maintain clinics at 100% aesthetic standards and achieve the highest NPS (Net Promoter Score).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Sales-oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional level of English
• Previous experience in similar industries like luxury, dental and medical clinics,.
• Positive, curious, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency in reporting on Google Sheets.
• Nice to have: professional level of Dutch
