You will join a fast-growing team delivering world-class patient experiences, reviewing treatment plans, performing 3D scans, and coordinating with medical leadership to prepare cases for production.

The role requires expertise in invisible orthodontics, strong communication in Dutch and English, and solid computer skills with healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
• Explain, approve, review and determine suitable treatment plans for patients.
• Examine medical records and take 3D scans.
• Make follow-up visits, IPRs, put engagers and deliver treatments of aligners.
• Submit the aligner diagnostics for planning the treatment.
• Work with the medical director in preparing cases for production and follow-up inquiries.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and prescribe medication when necessary.
• Responsible use and maintenance of dental equipment.
