Job summary

Impress, a leading digital orthodontic clinic in Europe, seeks a Dental Assistant to support doctors, manage the clinic flow, and ensure a stress-free patient journey.

You will perform 3D intraoral scans, X-rays, and sterilization, while coordinating material preparation and data entry in our EMR and digital systems. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus. This role offers a modern, fast-paced environment with ongoing growth opportunities.

How you'll have impact

• Clinical Excellence: Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Patient Operations: Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Clinic Management: Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• Hard Skills: Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & Availability: Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
