Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience at our Lelystad location. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with mobile POS and clienteling. A fast-paced, team-focused environment awaits with ongoing training and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency (EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks on the floor and in stockroom to maintain standards.
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movement.
