Job summary

Scooperz is a global, creator-first agency based in Breda, Netherlands, specializing in influencer marketing and social media. You will lead a portfolio of Dutch accounts from our Breda HQ, driving long-term success and commercial performance while coordinating with internal teams and hub offices in Amsterdam and Paris.

With a strong background in social media or influencer marketing, you guide clients, strengthen partnerships, and ensure clear, structured execution across all workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency experience in social media/influencer marketing.
• Experience leading key accounts and strategic client relations.
• Highly organized and structured working style.
• Comfortable guiding and supporting internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and relationship building.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee delivery across projects with social and influencer teams.
• Translate client needs into clear proposals and growth opportunities with Sales.
• Mentor and guide the Social & Influencer team in Breda and collaborate with Amsterdam/Paris hubs.
• Ensure commercial performance and alignment on scope, timing, and priorities.
