Job summary

Scooperz, a global creator-first agency, seeks a Social & Influencer Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns for brands such as Zeekr, Maxi-Cosi, Air-Up and Pukka tea. Based in Breda/Amsterdam, you’ll own strategy and execution across social and influencer initiatives.

You will collaborate with brands, creators and internal teams, manage timelines, budgets and KPIs, and ensure output is on brief, high quality and globally impactful in a fast-moving international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital campaigns.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and social platforms trends.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and pivots quickly when needed.
• Creative and analytical thinking with budgets and KPIs in mind.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of varied creative campaigns simultaneously.
• Manage campaigns from briefing to reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate creators and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure delivery on time, on brief and at the right quality.
• Maintain timeline control and spot issues early before scale.
• Collaborate with account teams, brands and specialists.
• Deliver campaigns that stand out and drive impact.
