Job summary

Scooperz in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Client Lead to manage a portfolio of global brands and top creators. You will lead senior-level client discussions, shape strategy, and ensure long-term growth and profitability.

You will guide and mentor the Amsterdam team, coordinate with Breda HQ and Paris hub, and ensure delivery across workstreams. This hands-on role requires strong project management and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an agency.
• Experience in influencer marketing and/or social media.
• Experience leading key accounts and strategic client relations.
• Highly organized and structured.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to guide and mentor teams, working with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage expectations around scope, timing and delivery.
• Translate client needs into clear proposals and next steps.
• Plan and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across projects.
• Flag risks early and help keep projects on track.
• Lead and mentor the Amsterdam hub team.
