Job summary

Total Solutions in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Change Manager to oversee client-driven change across our custody and back-office servicing environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client change initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee all client change events, ensuring appropriate governance, tracking, reporting, and billing.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement custody and back-office solutions.
• Lead client change meetings, workshops, and project governance forums.
• Act as project lead or subject matter expert for strategic client change requests.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide management information and reporting on change activities and outcomes.
• Support and develop team members where applicable.
