Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Nijmegen zoekt een Cleanroom Technical Operator om hoogwaardige onderdelen te controleren en productieprocessen te ondersteunen in een moderne cleanroomomgeving. Belangrijke taken zijn inspectie, reiniging, CNC-gerelateerde werkzaamheden en het lezen van technische tekeningen.

De kandidaat heeft ervaring in technische productie, kan in twee ploegen werken en bezit sterke aandacht voor detail.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime en twee ploegendienst.
• Technische productie-, CNC- of montage-ervaring.
• Praktisch, hands-on technisch werk.
• Werk met productiemiddelen, meetinstrumenten en handgereedschap.
• Basis computervaardigheden.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen (voorkeursrecht).
• Ervaring in cleanroom of high-tech productie is een plus.
• Spreekt Engels en/of Nederlands.
• Zorg voor nauwkeurig werk en aandacht voor detail.
• Eigen woon– en vervoer regelen.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Reinigen en drogen van componenten met ultrasone apparatuur.
• Verwijderen van weld-discoloration van roestvrij staal.
• Kleine CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen en machine-afstelling.
• Lezen en interpreteren van tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Verpakken van eindproducten volgens procedures en kwaliteitsstandaards.
• Voorbereiden van verzendlabel en productiedocumentatie.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
