Job summary

Start People zoekt een Cleanroom Technical Operator in de Nijmegen regio. Je werkt in een moderne, gecontroleerde cleanroom en zorgt dat onderdelen voldoen aan strikte kwaliteitsnormen.

Je voert assemblage-gerelateerde taken uit, leest technische tekeningen en werkt met meetinstrumenten. Er is ruimte voor training en professionele ontwikkeling binnen een international organisatie.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime werkzaamheden in tweeploegendienst.
• Technische productie-, CNC- of assemblage-ervaring.
• Praktisch, hands-on werk met meetgereedschappen.
• Kan technische tekeningen lezen (preferred).
• Engels en/of Nederlands vaardig.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen.
• Reiniging van components met ultrasoon apparatuur en droging controleren.
• Kleine CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen en machinebewaking.
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies interpreteren.
• Verpakken volgensProcedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Productiedocumentatie en verzendlabels voorbereiden.
• Schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek handhaven.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:0
• Prospect of a permanent contract;

• €0.25 travel reimbursement per kilometre;

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
