Job summary

Uitzendbureau Nijmegen zoekt een Technical Quality Inspector die in de eindfase van de productie inspecties uitvoert van high‑tech producten. Je controleert onderdelen en systemen volgens technische tekeningen en strikte kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt in een cleanroom‑omgeving met meetinstrumenten zoals calipers en micrometers, identificeert afwijkingen en registreert non‑conformiteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en assemblage en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van processen.

Qualifications

• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
• Ervaring in technische productie, assemblage of high‑tech manufacturing
• Ervaring met precisie meetinstrumenten en dimensionale inspecties
• Gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en detailgerichte werkwijze
• Goede beheersing van MS Office
• Je hebt een eigen verblijf/onderkomen en bent fulltime beschikbaar
• Bereid tot werken in een twee‑ploegendienst (06:00‑14:30 / 14:30‑23:00)

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van in‑process en eindinspecties van technische producten en samenstellingen
• Verifiëren van afmetingen en productiespecificaties volgens tekeningen
• Werken met meetinstrumenten zoals calibers en micrometers
• Identificeren en rapporteren van afwijkingen in het productieproces

• Samenwerken met productie, assemblage en andere afdelingen over kwaliteitszaken
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van productie‑ en kwaliteitsprocessen

Wat je gaat doen

As a Technical Quality Inspector, you work in the final stage of the production process, performing both in-process and final inspections of high-end technical products.

You inspect components and assembled systems based on technical drawings, specifications, and strict quality standards. Using precision measuring tools, you identify deviations and ensure that every product meets all requirements before it is released for shipment.

You work in a cleanroom-based high-tech manufacturing environment where accuracy, structure, and teamwork are essential.

What you will do:

• Checking customer orders before shipment
• Performing in-process and final inspections of technical products and assemblies
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications using technical drawings
• Working with precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Identifying and reporting deviations in the production process
• Creating non-conformance reports and quality documentation
• Releasing products according to established quality standards
• Collaborating with production, assembly, and other departments on quality-related topics
• Contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality processes

Please note: this is not a laboratory position, but a hands‑on technical quality role within manufacturing and high‑tech assembly processes.

• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Full‑time availability and you have your own accommodation
