Job summary

Uitzendbureau Nijmegen zoekt een Quality Control Employee in een internationaal high-tech bedrijf. Je controleert componenten en samengestelde producten op kwaliteit en werkt nauw met productie en assemblage aan inspectie, documentatie en vrijgave.

Uitvoering gebeurt op de productievloer in een cleanroom met metingen aan tekeningen, using calipers en micrometers, en documentatie van afwijkingen.

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding afgerond in bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, precisie-engineering of productie-techniek.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen en werken met precisie-meetapparatuur.
• Gestructureerde en detailgerichte aanpak en interesse in oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid en bereidheid tot twee ploegen: 06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00.
• Goede Engelse communicatie en basis MS Office-vaardigheden.
• Eigen woon- en vervoersvoorziening.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van componenten en samengestelde producten vóór verzending.
• Uitvoeren van maatinspecties op basis van tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten van producten met schalepen, micrometers en andere precisie-meetapparatuur.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
• Goedkeuren van producten die voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en assemblageteams om kwaliteit issues op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan ideeën om inspectie- en productieprocessen te verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality Control Employee, you check whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with production and assembly and make sure products are correctly inspected, documented and released.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a high-tech company, not a laboratory role.

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, enjoy solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.

You also have:

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field, combined with experience in technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings and working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to your work and an interest in solving quality issues;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00;
• Good English communication skills and basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
