Job summary

Qualifications

• Een afgeronde technische opleiding.
• Kennis van technische tekeningen en productieprocessen.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van componenten en samengestelde producten vóór verzending.
• Dimensional inspections volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
• Met kalibers, micrometers en andere meetsystemen meten.
• Afwijkingen identificeren en niet-conformiteiten documenteren.
• Inspectierapporten en kwaliteitsdocumentatie opstellen.
• Producten vrijgeven die voldoen aan kwaliteitsnormen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en montageteams aan kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in inspectie en productie.

As a Technical Quality Inspector, you play a key role in ensuring that only products meeting the highest quality standards leave the production floor. Working in a modern cleanroom environment, you\'ll inspect precision components and complex assemblies used in advanced industrial systems. Your expertise helps guarantee that customers receive products they can rely on.

As a Technical Quality Inspector, you play a key role in ensuring that only products meeting the highest quality standards leave the production floor. Working in a modern cleanroom environment, you\'ll inspect precision components and complex assemblies used in advanced industrial systems. Your expertise helps guarantee that customers receive products they can rely on.

What you will do:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections using technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet quality requirements;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.
  
  
  

This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a hightech company and not a laboratory role.

Functie-eisen

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering quality. You understand technical drawings, enjoy solving quality issues, and like working in a structured manufacturing environment.You also have:

• A completed technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology, or similar);
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly, or high-tech production;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• Experience with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented working style;
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule;
• 06:00–14:30
• 14:30–23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
