Job summary

Koole GmbH is seeking a Chief Officer for AH tugboats to ensure safe, smooth, and professional operations on board. You will work with the Captain, lead deck operations, and take charge when required while maintaining oversight under challenging conditions.

You will join a close-knit crew with Dutch-speaking officers, coordinating voyages, maintenance, drills, and safety procedures to guarantee high standards across international projects. A competitive salary and pension are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Chief Officer certificate (3000 GT or higher) is required.
• STCW certs, medical exam, and seaman’s book must be valid.
• Proven experience on AH tugboats or similar vessels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare voyages and maintain ECDIS and nautical publications up to date.
• Coach and lead crew to ensure flawless operations.
• Monitor safety equipment performance on board.
