Plumerai is seeking a Chief of Staff in Amsterdam to accelerate growth by tackling strategic initiatives. You will work directly with the CEO, owning critical programs from product launches to recruiting and fundraising.

This is a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where speed and clarity matter. You will shape operations, coordinate across teams, and help define the company’s long-term strategy while staying deeply grounded in business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in high-performance environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context switching.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on high-priority matters.
• Shape strategy for new product launches and PR coordination.
• Scale recruitment and co-own executive hiring.
• Organize recruitment events and manage employer branding.
• Implement AI agents in operations.
• Draft external and internal communications.
• Explore new markets and define 'Plumerai for X'.
• Support investor relations and fundraising prep.
• Handle legal or regulatory questions affecting the business.
• Stay aligned with the product roadmap and strategy.
