Job summary

Holie’s is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and leadership team in Amsterdam. You will lead high-impact strategic projects, including market expansion, while keeping the organization aligned and moving fast.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage investor relations, and help set the company rhythm, prioritise initiatives, and drive execution. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy, preferably with FMCG exposure.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn ideas into content.
• Data-driven mindset to inform smarter decisions and plans.
• Proven execution skills delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• People-oriented with stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional strategic projects, incl. market expansion and brand strategy.
• Support fundraising efforts, update investor materials and assist meetings.
• Set up company rhythm, goals, meetings, and leadership offsites.
• Partner with founders to prioritize, structure challenges and drive decisions.
