Chief of Staff at Blue Health Intelligence

Blue Health Intelligence is building a new category in preventive healthcare and is now looking for a chief of staff that helps us scale from start-up phase to scale-up.

About Blue; most people only get a detailed view of their health when something goes wrong. We believe that should change. Customers complete an extensive, doctor-led health check that measures hundreds of health data points in around one hour. We translate those results into clear insights and practical recommendations, helping people understand their health today and make better decisions for the future.

Our ambition is to create Europe’s leading preventive health platform, combining physical health centres, medical expertise, software and longitudinal health data in one seamless customer experience. We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn that ambition into execution.

This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who can bring structure, pace and financial discipline to a fast‑growing company. You will help build the operating system of Blue, manage key financial and company processes and lead the preparation for new locations.

What you will own

• Finance, budgeting, cash planning and investor reporting
• Company cadence: weekly priorities, KPI tracking, leadership meetings and follow-up
• Expansion planning for new centres, starting with the Netherlands and later abroad
• Location opening playbooks, timelines, budgets and cross‑functional coordination
• Structuring our HR ways of working
• Strategic projects that do not clearly sit with one function yet

Who we are looking for

• 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting, finance, scale‑ups, venture building, operations or a founder‑like role
• Very strong analytical and financial skills
• Highly structured, but pragmatic enough for an early‑stage company
• Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
• Strong written communication and investor‑facing skills
• High ownership, low ego, high pace
