Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Head of Strategy Planning Europe in the Greater Amsterdam Area. You will lead strategic planning, market intelligence, business development initiatives, and cross-boundary growth projects supporting both European and Global leadership.

You will bring 15+ years of strategic experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering growth in multinational European environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, market intelligence, business development or management consulting.
• Proven track record as a strategic planner with leading new ventures from ideation to execution.
• Experience building strategies in international organisations and European markets.
• Experience managing multinational and multicultural teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and C-level decision making.
