Job summary

Holie’s is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and leadership team in Amsterdam. You will lead high-impact strategic projects, including market expansion, while keeping the organization aligned and moving fast.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage investor relations, and help set the company rhythm, prioritise initiatives, and drive execution. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy, preferably with FMCG exposure.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team at the heart of Holie’s growth. You’ll lead high-impact strategic projects like new market expansion while keeping the organization sharp, aligned, and moving fast. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who wants to leave a real mark on a fast-growing challenger brand.

This is what you’ll be doing

In 2018 Holie’s set out on the mission to challenge the food industry with bold, better and healthier cereal and bar alternatives. Today we’re active in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and a growing list of export markets. In this role you’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team to help Holie’s scale globally.

• Strategic Projects:You are the driving force behind the big, cross-functional projects, think expansion into new markets like France, DACH and the US, global-local brand strategy, and major people & culture initiatives. You bring structure, momentum and follow-through from start to finish.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations:You play a central role in potential fundraising efforts, updating and upgrading our investor deck, translating Holie’s strategy into compelling stories, and preparing and supporting investor meetings.
• Operating Cadence:You set up and manage the company rhythm, including goalsetting, meeting rhythm, leadership meeting preparation, and organization offsites. To help the organization stay aligned, move in the right direction, while maintaining autonomy.
• Thought Partner:You work closely with the founders and leadership team as a trusted thought partner on complex strategic and operational decisions. You’ll help structure challenges, bring clarity to priorities and challenge ideas when needed.

• You have experience at atop-tier strategy consultancy, preferably with experience in FMCG.
