Pulitzer Amsterdam, home to Jansz, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our modern-Dutch dining team. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintain a pristine kitchen, and support flawless service for our guests in a busy, fine-dining setting.

Experience in fine dining is essential, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus, and shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision and care, focusing on flavor and presentation.
• Keep the kitchen area pristine and perfectly organized, ready to serve guests with efficiency and style as a Chef de Partie.
• Ensure food preparation is done with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Address any kitchen challenges or guest requests with grace, ensuring each dish leaves the kitchen perfectly prepared.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie is essential, with strong culinary skills and a passion for fine dining.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences through food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
