Responsibilities

• Maintain mise en place for smooth service operations
• Prepare high‑quality culinary dishes and components mainly consisting of fresh ingredients
• Finalize dishes by portioning, plating, performing à la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and checking presentation
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring everything is in place to meet guest expectations
• Ensure food preparation is done efficiently, following all hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or a similar role in a professional kitchen
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the kitchen
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
