StudentJob is seeking an Apprentice Chef for Pulitzer Amsterdam, where you will gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. Located in Amsterdam, you'll work alongside experienced chefs, learning cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the kitchen team with daily mise en place and food preparation.
• Learning professional cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Assisting during lunch and dinner service.
• Helping maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Following food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Working alongside experienced chefs who are passionate about mentoring and development.

What we're looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a culinary education programme and require an internship or apprenticeship placement.
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good command of English.
• Candidate must hold a valid EU passport or Dutch work permit; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
