Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership to inspire a kitchen team.
• Creative in developing new menus and dishes.
• Excellent organizational skills for smooth kitchen ops.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Budgeting and cost-control abilities.
• Strong communication with team and guests.
• Willingness to work flexible hours incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Genuine passion for cooking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team and students.
• Work in The Dean Restaurant and Bar & Bistro kitchens.
• Ensure smooth daily operations per brand and service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a flawless guest experience.
• Oversee food quality, HACCP, inventory, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to menu development with seasonal products.
• Motivate the team to create a WOW experience for guests.
