Job summary

Avanade Netherlands is seeking a proactive Organizational Change Management professional to help clients adopt new ways of working, from AI and Microsoft Copilot to broader digital transformations. You will join a collaborative team of change practitioners who value people, technology and transformation.

You'll work on design and delivery of change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training materials, with fluency in Dutch and English to support client-facing workshops and communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Adoption, Communications or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, activities and deliverables
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
• Develop communication, training and adoption materials
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI adoption initiatives
• Design communications and training for a workplace transformation programme
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops to understand change impacts across the organization
• Helping leaders and employees successfully navigate business and technology transformation.
