Job summary

Avanade in the Netherlands is seeking an Organizational Change professional to help leading organizations adopt new ways of working, from AI to Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll join a collaborative team of change practitioners focused on people, technology and transformation.

You’ll design and deliver change strategies, run stakeholder assessments, create communications and training, and facilitate workshops. Dutch and English fluency is required due to client-facing workshops.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, activities and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments.
• Develop communication, training and adoption materials.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI adoption initiatives.
