Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in change communication, internal communication or transformation communication.
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is required.
• Experience within a large, complex or international organisation is an advantage.
• Strong experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Able to build trust and align stakeholders across different teams and organisational levels.
• Experience supporting organisational change and cultural transformation.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling narratives.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing communication content across multiple channels.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the change communication strategy for the programme.
• Develop clear narratives around complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Create communication through channels such as news articles, Viva Engage, Teams, video and employee meetings.
• Ensure consistent messaging across different teams and organisational levels.
• Coordinate with external suppliers involved in content creation, including video and visual content.
• Establish ways to measure communication impact and continuously improve the approach.
• Work closely with change and communication leads to strengthen engagement and adoption.
• Guide stakeholders, teams and leadership through organisational change.
• Translate complex transformation topics into simple, engaging and actionable messages.
