Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications, change communications or a related field.
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
• Experience with both strategic and operational communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the communication strategy for a major digital transformation programme.
• Develop clear and compelling narratives to support change and adoption.
• Create and coordinate communication across internal news, employee platforms, video, Teams and company-wide meetings.
• Translate complex transformation topics into simple, relevant and engaging messages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across the programme and wider organisation.
• Advise senior leaders, teams and other stakeholders on change and communication.
• Coordinate external suppliers involved in video, visual and other content creation.
• Collaborate with change managers and communication leads to strengthen engagement and adoption.
• Measure communication impact and refine approaches as needed.
• Guide stakeholders across different organisational levels through change.
