Job summary

UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics in Amsterdam seeks a dedicated operations professional to support the Cell & Gene team with daily shipments, packaging and carrier coordination.

You will monitor shipments, ensure GDP compliance, arrange transport, and liaise with regulatory and quality teams to meet customer expectations.

Permanent, full-time role; valid right to work in the Netherlands required; exposure to cutting-edge cell and gene therapy logistics within a Fortune Global 500 organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cell and Gene team with daily operations and coordinate with Control Tower.
• Use technology to monitor and control shipments.
• Coordinate with LSPs, branches and depots for shipment solutions.
• Prepare packaging and equipment per COPs/SOPs for Cell & Gene.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure on-time deliveries and GDP-compliant documentation.
• Work with regulatory teams to ensure import/export trade compliance.
• Book shipments with airlines and integrators to optimize routing.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of shipments with carriers.
• Maintain Maestro data entries and notify stakeholders of milestones.
