Responsibilities

• Support the Cell and Gene team with daily operations and liaise with Control Tower Coordinators about shipments.
• Use technology to monitor, manage and control shipments as required.
• Collaborate with LSPs, branches and depots to arrange shipment solutions.
• Prepare, package and handle equipment for Cell & Gene projects per COPs/SOPs.
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for collections and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance and proper documentation.
