Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands seeks a logistics employee focused on inbound, outbound, and transport activities. You will coordinate receiving, packing and shipping goods, check quality and ensure documents are accurate for timely shipments.

Responsibilities include training new employees, problem solving, processing packing sheets and bills of loading, applying shipping procedures, and coaching colleagues to improve operations within warehouse or production environments.

Qualifications

• Languages Dutch and English.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Certificate of Conduct required to work in secured airfreight zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform receiving, packing and shipping of goods.
• Train new and existing staff on processes.
• Identify and solve problems, track and log issues.
• Process documents such as packing sheets and loading bills.
• Apply transport and shipping procedures.
