Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Inventory Analyst to support inventory performance across Northern Europe, including the Benelux, Germany and the Alps. You will analyse inventory data, identify risks and optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-market stakeholders.

You will work with OU teams to align priorities, develop standardized processes, and drive optimization projects with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in end-to-end project management, with organization, accountability and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory performance across one or more OUs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization and consignment reduction.
  • Develop reports and analyses using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI and present to stakeholders.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights supporting sales and internal decisions.
  • Drive MMX adoption and promote self-service analytics across field teams.

Based across three countries, the team works closely with all Medtronic Operating Units to manage consignment inventory across a wide range of portfolios, with the level of consignment varying by business. Through close collaboration across markets and functions, the team helps optimize inventory, support local business needs, and drive consistency and efficiency across Northern Europe.We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Associate Inventory Analyst to support inventory performance and optimization across Northern Europe. In this role, you will analyse inventory data, identify risks and optimization opportunities, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.
