Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven is looking for a Carrier Specialist to monitor, evaluate and improve carrier performance within the Transport Control Tower. You will analyse KPI data, build strong carrier relationships and focus on continuous improvement to meet service levels.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers, prepare MBRS, and support onboarding of new customers and transport providers. This role offers ownership and growth within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education or higher with strong analytical ability.
• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset translating data into concrete actions.
• Assertive, proactive and ownership‑driven.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carrier performance using TMS data and KPIs.
• Analyze performance trends and discuss improvements with carriers.
• Prepare Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for customers and carriers.
• Act as first escalation point for carrier issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and transport providers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimisation in transport processes.
• Coordinate with carriers during peak volumes to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Customer Service, customers and carriers for operational excellence.
