Job summary

The role involves hybrid, location-flexible work across Eindhoven, Oud Gastel, Brussels and Bornem with regular travel and a dynamic team environment. fluency in English is essential; Dutch is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into improvement actions.
• Willingness to travel weekly between Eindhoven, Oud Gastel, Brussels and Bornem.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carrier performance using data and KPIs such as delivery performance and transit times.
• Analyse performance trends and discuss results with carriers to drive improvements.
• Prepare Monthly Business Reviews for customers and carriers.
• Act as first escalation point for carrier issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support onboarding of new customers and transport providers.
• Identify and drive optimisation initiatives within transport processes.
• Coordinate with carriers during peak volumes to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Customer Service and carriers.
