As part of an industry‑leading team, you will help deliver results to our multinational clients by working on innovative and effective People Risk solutions as part of Aon’s Health Solutions business.
Global Benefits partners with Multinational companies to optimize their People Risk strategy. The core of our support lies in the management of the insured benefit plans globally and the setup of the employee benefit strategy. This strategy will involve local renewal support, global consolidation to employee benefits in a Captive.
In addition Aon also partners with clients on the broader scope of People Risk such as mitigation of claims, Employee Wellbeing, DE&I and Employee Value Propositions in combination with other Aon Expertise Teams such as Talent Assessment and Compensation.
As a regional underwriter, you will be responsible for delivering underwriting advisory to EMEA based multinationals under the guidance of the Captive EB Services Global Head of Underwriting.
This role will provide you with international exposure working with clients and Aon teams across the world with the opportunity to develop yourself, the solutions and the team. We have a close‑knit team of 15+ professionals in Amsterdam, and around 30 across EMEA which provides us with a multicultural environment, with over 10 nationalities and spoken languages in the team.
