At Bristow Netherlands, the continuing airworthiness and maintenance of our helicopter fleet are critical to ensuring that lifesaving missions can be conducted safely and effectively at any time.
As CAMO & Part-145 Manager, you are responsible for the continuing airworthiness and maintenance of Bristow Netherlands' helicopter fleet, ensuring full compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements. Acting as the nominated person for both CAMO and Part-145, you oversee all airworthiness and maintenance activities to ensure our aircraft remain safe, compliant, and operationally available for our critical 24/7 Search and Rescue missions. You lead a team of airworthiness and maintenance professionals, manage external maintenance providers, and act as the primary liaison with the Dutch aviation authority (ILT). In addition, you drive continuous improvement in maintenance programmes, regulatory compliance, safety reporting, reliability monitoring, and technical standards, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and operational readiness across the organisation.
