Job summary

CHC Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Part 145 post holder) in Den Helder. You will lead a skilled team, drive maintenance operations to the highest safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the Operations Director NL to standardise processes across CHC.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, efficient resource use and strong stakeholder engagement while maintaining aircraft availability and safe work practices. Regular travel is required.

Qualifications

• Hold Part 145 Post Holder position.
• Clear leadership and management training and skills.
• Working knowledge of EASA regulations.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations.
• Licensed helicopter engineer preferred.
• Technical knowledge of best practices and standards for Maintenance Execution.
• Preferably a working knowledge of AMOS Maintenance Systems.
• Be able to deliver to targets and deadlines within the department.
• Be able to work in a pressured environment on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaged workforce and ensure regulatory, customer and company compliance at all times.
• Oversee safe execution of maintenance meeting EASA, CAA-NL and CHC standards.
• Ensure necessary resources are available to support maintenance.
• Maintain aircraft availability and on-time departure for business needs.
• Coach and mentor staff to develop high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee timely execution of scheduled maintenance and liaise with supply chain.
• Manage labour costs in line with budget assumptions.
• Identify training requirements and develop the team.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders, partners and unions.
• Travel up to 50% of time to support business needs.
