Job summary

Bristow Netherlands is seeking a CAMO & Part-145 Manager to oversee continuing airworthiness of the helicopter fleet for 24/7 Search and Rescue operations, ensuring compliance with EASA regs and company procedures. You will lead a team, manage external providers, and act as the Nominated Person CAMO and Part-145.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and operational availability, with collaboration with ILT and continuous improvement of maintenance programmes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66 and applicable national regulations.
• Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance qualification with additional education acceptable to the authority.
• Must be able to obtain EASA Nominated Person CAMO and Part-145 within 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety policy and Just Culture.
• Oversee airworthiness and maintenance activities to keep aircraft safe and available.
• Manage external maintenance providers and contracts.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings and safety actions.
• Interface with the Dutch aviation authority (ILT) and regulators.
• Lead continuous improvement of maintenance programmes and safety reporting.
