• Experience leading café, breakfast, restaurant or all-day dining operations within hospitality.
• Coaching leadership style and developing teams.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and operational KPIs.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the standard for service excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented hospitality professionals through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage labour, costs, stock, and operational performance to achieve financial targets.
