Qualifications

Based in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for advising dental clinics and laboratories on VOCO's innovative digital systems. You will play a key role in promoting and supporting cutting-edge CAD-CAM products for modern dental practices.

Your duties in this position will be:

• Promoting and demonstrating VOCO's digital dental product portfolio to dental laboratories and clinics
• Advising clients on product use, applications, and integration into their workflows
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers across your territory
• Organizing and delivering product presentations, trainings, and technical support
• Working independently to manage your area, plan visits, and achieve sales goals
• Traveling regularly throughout the Netherlands to visit clients and attend trade events
• Actively participating in a team-oriented environment while maintaining autonomy in your region
• Education or experience as a Dental Technician, CAD-CAM Specialist, or within the dental industry
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the field of medical or technical products, would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
• Structured, well-organized, and excellent at planning tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, energetic mindset
• A team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients
• Committed to a long-term project and growing together with VOCO
• Full-time availability and willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license
