Job summary

Segway-Ninebot Europe seeks a Business Systems Analyst to optimize European operating systems, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and after-sales platforms. You will bridge business users across Europe with HQ IT in China, translating processes into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years as Application/Business Analyst in consumer electronics, retail or ecommerce in Europe.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related modules.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong system troubleshooting and analytical skills.

General Description

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our operating systems across Europe.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting and improving our CRM and after-sales service platforms, which are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Acting as the bridge between business users in Europe and our HQ IT and development teams in China, the successful candidate will help ensure business processes are effectively translated into system solutions.

This role combines business analysis, application support, and system coordination responsibilities. The candidate will initially focus on Dynamics 365 Sales and Service applications while gradually expanding ownership across additional business systems. Over time, the role has the potential to evolve into a Product Owner position with broader system ownership and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for EU business users regarding to our operating systems (Dynamic 365, SAP, contract management, etc.)
• Provide day-to-day support for user queries, incidents, and minor change requests
• Understand EU business processes and how they are supported by our systems
• Manage user access rights, security settings, and privileges to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Serve as the communication liaison within IT and between IT and the business for releases, outages and critical business impacting situations ensuring that communications are timely, accurate and relevant
• Collect and document business requirements from EU stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Coordinate requirement clarification and solution design with HQ IT and development teams in China
• Perform basic to intermediate configuration in Dynamics 365
• Support CRM and SDS implementation and enhancement projects in the EU
• Participate in testing activities (UAT, regression testing)
• Support system releases, data validation, and rollout activities
• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, policies and procedures
• Continuously build knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SAP and internal systems
• Gradually take on increased responsibility and system ownership as experience grows

Qualifications and Skills

• University or bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an Application Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role in consumer electronics, retail, ecommerce and bike industry in Europe
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with complex enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with system configuration or functional support
• Ability to learn and utilize new applications and software systems and AI-driven tools effectively and efficiently to improve productivity, user experience, and business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, HQ IT teams, and external partners across different cultures and time zones
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive mindset and commitment to driving issues through to resolution
